My path into addiction counselling and HR is deeply personal, shaped by my own experiences with family members facing substance use and mental health challenges. This journey has instilled in me a profound empathy and a passion for helping others navigate similar struggles. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Addictions Care from the University of Cape Town. This program provided advanced training in addiction treatment, recovery support, and intervention strategies.
